first part, in consideration of ONE (&1.00) DOLLAR, law-
ful mosey of the United States, paid by the party of the
second part and the acoeptanos_by the said Village and
the maintenance as public highways of the following de- .;

vey unto the said Village of Greaaport for the purposes
of highways ALL. those certain plots, pieces or parcels of
land designate&, on a certain Map duly filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk entitled "Subdivision -
Nap Part of the\Estmte of Thomas F. Price, Sr., situate
at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York-, signed by Otto
W. Van Tuyl.
The premises above described being those
portions of West Street, Maple Street, and Oak Street, —
lying Easterly of the Westerly boundary line of the said
Village of Greenport and Westerly of Sixth Avenue.
