filed in the office of the clerk of Suffolk County, New York, which
lot is bounded on the North by Oak Street, 50 feet; on the east by -
land of one Clank and partly by land of Levine, I50 feet; or. the South
by land of the Knights of Columbus, a fraternial organization, 50 feet

And it 1s understood and agreed by the parties of the
second part that certain Streets shown on the above subdivision map
and known as Oak Street, Maple Street, West Street and Seventh Avenue
and running to the property of the Union School District Pio. 10 on the
Westerly aide of the said subdivision nap have been closed at the ,unyt-
ion witi, the said Union School District No. I0 progedty and they are
c. DEAD END Streets. .
