County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:- BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of the North
Road at the Sou h�ee.sterly corner of lands of Dorothy A. Bergmann and
running thence northerly along said lands of Dorothy A. Bergmann a
distance of 605 feet, more or less, to the high water mark of Long
Island Sound; running thence Easterly along the high water mark of
Long Island Sound 100 feet to a point; running thence Southerly along
other lands of the party of the first part a distance of 635 feet,
more or less, to the Northerly side of the North Road at a point
distant 80 feet from the Easterly boundary line of lands of Dorothy
A. Bergmann and running thence Westerly along the Northerly line of
said North Road 80 feet to the point or place of beginning.
