ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and
being at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
'i New York, known and designated as lot number 61, on a certain map en-
titled, "Revised Map of Peconic Bay Estates", made by Otto Van Tuyl,
Engineer and Surveyor of Greenport, V.Y., June 1928 and filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 30th, 1928 as Map No. 658; which
said lot, is bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a monument on the easterly side of Bayshore head where
the same is intersected by the division line between lots 60 and 61, on
the aforesaid map,
RUN?TING THENCE south 23 degrees 51 minutes east along the easterly
side of Bayshore Road, 50 feet to a monument;
THENCE north 66 degrees 09 minutes east along the northerly side
of lot 62, on said map and through a monument 144.15 feet to the high-
water mark of Peconic Bay;
THENCE north 18 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds west along the said
highwater mark of Peconic Bay, 50.23 feet to the southerly side of lot
60 on said map;
ThEQCv, south 66 degrees 09 minutes west along said southerly side
of lot 60 on said map, and through a monument 1".93 feet to the easterly
