County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follow
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Manhasset Avenue, being

Together with all of the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part, of, in and to the land under the water of the inlet whit
runs between Gull Pond and Gardinerts Bay and of, in and to the land
under the water of Gull Pond adjoining the above described premises.
Subject, however, to whatever rights, if any, the owners of other
land abutting on Gull Pond may possess.
This deed is given for the purpose of correcting an error in
description in a deed by the party of the first part hereto to the partyl
of the second part hereto dated November 9, 1955 and recorded December
f 27, 1955 in the Suffolk County Cls rkts office in Liber 4044 of Deeds at
I page 564; the description in the original contract and prior deed both
having been based on an earlier survey and expressly made subject to
such changes as a present survey would show.
