HomeMy WebLinkAboutL 3654 P 553 THIS INDENTURE Made the day of February, Nineteen Hundred and Fifty-four, Between Emma Nutshorn, single, residing at 216 Waldo Place, City of Englewood, County of Bergen and State of New Jersey, - party of the first part, and Grace Gertrude Whyard, residing at +u. - 27 Cleveland Street, in the City of Englewood, County of Bergen, and State of New Jersey, party of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, for and in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable considerations, to her in hand paid by the party of the second part, does hereby GRANT and RELEASE unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Arshamonoque, in the Town of Southold County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: The beginning point is located as follows: From a monument in the westerly line of a private road twenty-five (25) feet in width leading from the North Road, where the same is intersected by the northerly line of lands conveyed by Valentine Ruch and Helen R. Ruch, his wife, to Lewis W. Brown and Mary A. Brown by deed dated August 24, 1923 and .recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's Office in Liber 1077 of Deeds at Page 229, measure a distance of forty-eight (48) feet along the westerly line of said private road on a course of North 46 degrees, 09 minutes West. From said beginning point the premises hereby granted and released are described as follows: (1) Running thence on a course of North 46 degrees 09 minutes west along the westerly line of said private road, a distance of 103.9 feet to a monument; running thence (2) South 34 degrees 45 minutes West a distance of 181.5 feet more or less to the high water mark of Arshamonoque Bay; running thence (3)South- easterly along said high water mark a distance of 100 feet more or less to the northerly line of premises this day conveyed by the party of the first part to Lillian Gladys Springer; and running thence (4) along the said northerly line of lands of Springer in a straight line to the point or place of beginning.
