CONKLIN, residing at 120 Kenilworth Place, Brook- lyn 10, Kings County, New York, as Administrator of the goods, chattels and credits of Kate E. Conklin, late of the Village of Greenport, deceased, party of the first part, and RODERICK VAN TUYL and EVELYN VAN TUYL residing at East Marion, Suffolk County, New York, parties of the second part, ^- -. WHEREAS such proceedings have been had and taken in the Surrogate's Court of the County of Suffolk in a proceeding entitled SURROGATE'S COURT : SUFFOLK COUNTY - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - In the Matter of the Judicial Settlement of the Account of Proceedings of RICHARD B. CONKLIN, as Administrator of KATE E, CONKLIN, Deceased - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - that by an order of the said Surrogate's Court granted on the 25th day of May, 1956, the said Richard B. Conklin as such Administrator was duly authorized to sell the real property hereinafter described, owned by said deceased at the time of her death, for the purposes therein mentioned, the same being one of the purposes set forth in Section 234 of the Surrogate's Court Act; and said sale having been duly made to the parties of the second part and duly confirmed, NOW, THEREFORE, THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that by virtue of the authority in him vested by the said proceedings and orders of the Surrogate's Court of the County of Suffolk and in consideration of the sum of TEN THOUSAND ($10.,000,00) DOLLARS to him in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the party of the first part does hereby sell X128 Pa 200 transfers,releaV,and convey unto the parties of the second part, their r t heirs and assigns forever all t� That certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and improvements thereon situate, lying and being in or near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York which on a certain map entitled "Plan of S. Buel Corwin Estate as laid out in Lots 1882, Resurveyed in June 1904 far Referees Sales July 2, 1904 C. H. Bateman, Engineer and Surveyor, Shelter Island, N.Y." is known and designated as and by the Lot Number Fifty-nine (59) which said lot is bounded and described as follows, viz:- Commencing at the Northeasterly corner thereof and running thence westerly, Ninety(90) feet along the Southerly side of Front Street to the Easterly side of Seventh Street as shown on said map; thence Southerly along the Easterly side of Seventh Street to the Northerly side of Wiggins Street; thence Easterly along the Northerly side of Wiggins Street, Ninety (90) feet; thence Northerly to the point or place of beginning. Said premises being Ninety (90) feet in width front and rear and extending from Front Street on the North to Wiggins Street on the South and being a part of the premises conveyed to Julia H. Murray and Frances W. Meyer by Referee's Deed dated August 1, 1904 and duly recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 556 of Deeds at Page 407 on the 25th day of October, 1904.
