BETWEEN LEROY D. TUTHILL and ANN L. TUTHILL, his wife, residing
at Greenport, New York ,
part ion of the first part,and

WITNESSETH, that the part#es of the first part, in consideration of

paid by the part y of the second part do hereby grant and release unto the part y of the second part,
his heirs and assigms forever,
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land, together with the build-
ings and improvements thereon+ situate ;just north of the Village of
Greenport, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Sound Road- which point
!i is 81.50 feet in a northerly direction from the place where said easterly
line of Sound Road is intersected by the northerly line of landofNagel,
I� running thence; along land of Harrower N. 620 281 40" E. 144.15 feetl run-
ning thence S. 270 471 30" E. along land of Edwin H. King 77.50 feet, run-
ning thence S. 62 281 40" V. 144.51 feet to the easterly line of Sound
Road, running thence N. 270 311 20" W, 77,50 feet to the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way to pass on foot or with vehicle& over
i a strip of land 14 feet in width adjoining premises hereinbefore describe
s! on the south, the southerly line of said right of way being the' land of
Nagel.
i� BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Milton Uhorchak and Lottie Uhorchak, his wife,
jl by deed dated July 2, 1951 and recorded July 5, 1951 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's office in Liber 3235 of Deeds at page 276.
