THIS INDENTURE made the 17th day of March, Nineteen
Hundred and fifty-two

Annexed of the Goods, Chattels and Credits of Sam Ciacia, also
known as Sante Ciacia, deceased, residing at Riverhead, Suffolk
County, New York, party of the first part, and
THOMAS TRAFICANTE and JULIA TRAFICANTE, his c.if e, as
tenants by the entirety, residing at 1434 70th Street, North
Bergen, New Jersey, parties of tee second part,
WITNESSETH that the party a- the first part, in considerati n

United States, paid by the parties of the second part, does
hereby grant and convey unto the parties of the second part,
