party of the first part,and
HASKELL S. TUBIASH, residing at Oak Street, Gremport,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
of successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate,

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Sound Avenue, where
same is intersected by the northerly line of land formerly of Frederick
'i H. Tasker; running thence S. 62 deg. 271 1011 W. one hundred (100) feet;
running them a north and parallel with the westerly line of Sound
- I Avenues one hundred.(100) feet, more or leas; running thence N. 62
l deg. 211 30" 8, bne hundred (100) feet, to the westerly line of Sound
Avenue; running thence in a general southerly direction along the
westerly line of Sound Avenue, one hundred (100) feet, more or less,
to the point or place of beginning.
Being and intended to be a part of the premises heretofore con-
voyed to the partiea of the first part by Walter F. Sledjeeki, by deed
!! dated September 8, 1954 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
ISI Office on October 2, 1954 in Liber 3767 of deeds at page 242, and con-
voyed to said Walter F. Sledjeski by Samuel Levine and Edna A. Brown
by deed dated June 50 1953 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on December 11, 1953 in Liber 3625 of deeds at page 562
Said deeds having been corrected by correction deed executed by
Samuel Levine and Edna A. Brown to the parties of the first part herein
by deed dated May 26, 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkls
Office on June 3rd, 1955 in Liber 3898 of deeds at page 295. -
