Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and describe

BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Bailey Avenue where the
same is intersected by the southerly line of land of Fxwlerick E. and
Margaret Peed Hulse, running thence in a southerly direction along the
easterly line of Bailey Avenue a distance of fifty (50) feet; running
thence easterly and parallel with the southerly line of land of Frederick
E. and Margaret Reed Hulse to a certain right of way; running thence
northerly along said right of way to the southerly line of land of
Frederick F,. Hulse and Margaret Reed Hulse; running thence westerly
alon; the southerly line of land last mentioned to the point of
beginning.
