New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at an iron pipe set at the easterly torminus of the
southerly line of a certain un-named highway, which highway lies
between Lot 10-Block 2 and Lot 1-Block 4 as sho1^t on Map of Fleot-
field, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as ,*lap No. 1351;
said pipe being also at the westerly terminus of the southerly
line of a proposed hig-way ovor land of the party of the first
part, said highway to be known as "'efilmarth Avenue (Extension)";
from said point of beginning running along said southerly line of
"Wilmarth Avenue (Extension)" North 87 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds
East, a distance of 50.0 feet; thence along other land of the
party of the first part at right angles to said southerly line,
South 2 degrees 23 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 120.0
feet; thence along land now or formerly of the party of the first
