County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows: BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Island View
Lane, two hundred ninety-one (291) feet westerly along said Lane from
a concrete monument set at the northwesterly corner of land conveyed
by the party of the first part to Horton Barri running thence souther-
ly on a line at right angles to said southerly line of Island View Lane
two hundred forty-five (245) feet more or less to the Creeki again
beginning at the point or place of beginning and running in a general
easterly direction along the southerly line of Island View Lane, a
distance of seventy-five (75) feet; running thence southerly and on a
line at right angles to the said southerly line of Island View Lane
two hundred thirty-five (235) feet more or less to the Creeki running
thence along said Creek, in a general westerly or southwesterly
direction to the end of the first course hereinbefore described.
The parties of the second part shall also have an equal right
