Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a monument set on the
westerly line of a proposed road as shown on a map entitled ITlap of
land north of Greenport, made for Edna A. Brown and Samuel Levine, by
�. Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, dated March. 3rd 1952, six hundred twenty and
ninety-seven hundredths (620.97) feet south of the intersection of the
j westerly line of said proposed road and Sound Drive; vermin, thence
S. 27deg. 331 3011 E. one hundred fifty (150) feet to a monument;
running thence S. 62 deg. 211 3011 W. one hundred twenty-one and twenty-
six hundredths (121.26) feet, to a monument and land of Dorothy Barsto
McCann; running thence along land last mentioned v. 25 deg. 191 5011 W.
one hundred fifty and twelve hundredths (150.12) feet to a monument;
running thence S7. 62 deg. 211 30" E. one hundred fifteen and twenty
hundredths (115.20) feet to the point or place of beginning.
1The parties of the first part agree to dedicate to the Town of
Southold, as a highway, a strip of land forty-nine and five tenths
(49.5) feet in width parallel with Sound Avenue, the easterly line of
said proposed road to be two hundred ten (210) feet west of the west-
erly line of Sound Avenue, said road to begin at the southerly line
of Sound Drive and run in a southerly direction as follows: The east-
erly line thereof about one thousand twenty (1020) feet, the westerly
line about one thousand sixty-five (1065) feet, to another proposed
road, forty-nine and five-tenths (49.5) feet in width, running from
the westerly line of Sound Avenue to land of Dorothy Barstow McCann,
the southerly boundary to begin at a point on the westerly line of
I. Sound Avenue, about one hundred (100) feet north of the northeast
corner of land formerly of Frederick H. Tasker, and run in a general
westerly direction to a point on the easterly line of land of Dorothy.
