ALL that certain plot,piece or panel of land, shunts,
lying and being JWAW at Arshamomoque, In the Tom of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of Now York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point formed by the Intersection of the southeast corner of the
premises herein described and the northeast corner of other land of Albert 'w.
Schilke and Cornelia K. Schilke, his wife, with the westerly line of a Private
'Road 25 feet in width; running thence in a southwesterly direction along the
northerly line of said other land of Albert 11. Schilke and wife a distance of
153 feet, more or less, to ordinary highwater mark of Mill Creek, or Arshamomoque
Pond; running themes In a northwesterly direction a distance of 25 feet, more or
less, along said hlghwater mark to a line which Is 85 feet distant from and parallel
to the first =was above described; running thence along said line is a north-
easterly direction distant from said first course 25 feet and parallel thereto, to
the westerly line of said Private Road 25 feet in width; running thence in a south-
easterly direction along the westerly line of said Private Road a distance of 25
feet, more or less, to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the
first part in and to the land under the waters of Arshamomoque Pond In fmat of
and abutting said premises.
TOGETHER with the right to the use in common with others of a right of way
25 feet In width as now laid out over lands now or formerly of Valentine Such
leading.:from Kings Highway, or.North Road, to the waters of Long Island Sound.
Being and intended to be the southerly 25 feet of the premises described in a
certain deed from Clarence Schmelzel and Betty Louise Srhmelzel, his wife, to
filter 5ehilke and Lois Audrey 5rhilke, his:wife, dated May 31st, 1918, and re-
corded In the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 28,1929, In Liber, 1417 of
deeds at.:page 231r and subject to the covenants and restrictions therein set forth.
The said Walter Schilke having died a resident of Bergen County, New Jersey, on
Sime.122 1942, survived by his wife, Lois Audrey Schilke, the party of the first
part herein.
