BROWN, residing at East Marion, Suffolk County, New York, l party of the first part,aal HARRY W. SMITH and MARY LOUISE SMITH, his wife, both residing �t Sixth Avenue, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, i� ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate north of the Village of Groonport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at apoint on the westerly line of Sound Avenue, where same is intersected by the northerly line of land formerly of Frederick H. Tasker; running thence S. 62 deg. 271 10" W. 210 feet; running thence north and parallel with the westerly line of Sound Avenue, one hundred (100) feet, .more or lees; running thence N. 62 deg. 211 30" E. two hundred ten (210) feet, to the westerly line of Sound Avenue;running, thence in a general southerly direction along the westerly line of ( Sound Avenue, one hundred (100) feet, more or lees, to the point or place of.beginning. - SUBJECT to the covenants and restrictions contained in a certain deed made by the parties of the first part hereto to Walter F. Sledjeski, heretofore recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 11th day of December, 19539 in Liber 3625 of deeds at page 56, and a certain dead made by Walter F. Sledjeski to the parties of the second part hereto, heretofore recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on the 2nd day of October, 1954 in Libor 3767 of deeds at page 242. This deed is given for the purpose of correcting on error in the description in a dead by the parties of the first part hereto to Walter F. Sledjeski, executed, acknowledged and delivered on the 5th day of Junes 1953s and recorded in-the. office of the.
