WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,

of the Untied States, paid by the party of the second
part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever,
ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of land,
situate at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, known as lot No. Five (5) as on a
map known as "Greenport Driving Park", surveyed by C. H.
Bateman and laid out into lots by C. H. Hall, C. E.,
August, 1909,
