said northerly side of said Kings Highway to the said point or place of beginning.

Helen R. Ruch, his wife, to Emily Louise Smith by deed dated September 10, 1921,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 25, 1921, In Liber
1032 of deeds at page 292, and the same premises of which the said Emily Louise
"! Smith, also known as Nmma Louise Smith, died seized a resident of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, on N;vember 2J, 1949, (Suffolk County Surrogate's Court Pile
