situate 1n Arshamouoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows:- Northerly by the North Reed; Easterly by land of
James Paley; Southerly by land of Davis and Westerly,by lend of Young S Talmadge.
Containing by estimation thirty (30) acres of land.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest, if any, of the party of the
first part In and to the North Road lying in front of and adjacent to said premises.
It is the intention of the party of the first part to convey, transfer and assign
unto the party of the second part, all of her right, title and interest of, in and to
the above described premises and-that the said party of the first part Is one of the j
heirs and devisees of prank K. Stepnoski who died seized and possessed of the above
described premises on the let day of Nay, 1938, leaving a last Will and Testament
