I'I by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the sound
part, her, heirs and assign forever,
r,ALL that tract or parcel of land situate in Arshemeeoque, TOM of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by the North Road; Easterly by land of James Penny; Southerly by land
of Drvis and Westerly by land of Young & Talmadge. Containing by estimation
thirty (30) acres of land.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and Interest, if any, of the party of the
first part in and to the North Road lying in front of and adjacent to said premises.
It is the intention of the party of the first part to convey, transfer and assign
7 unto ttie party of the second part, all of her right, title and interest of, 1n and
to the above described premises as widow of Thaddeus Stepnoski who died June 27,
1953, intestate, a resident of Suffolk County, New York, and who was one of the
heirs and devisees of Frank K. Stepnoski who died seized and Dossessed of the above
described premises on the let day of say, 1938, leaving a last will and Testament
which vias only admitted to probate by the Surrogate's Court of the County of Suffolk
on t.1e 13th day of June, 1938.
