Motion was made by Trustee Krupksi, and seconded by TRUSTEE
TUTHILL,
To enter an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing
groundwater management as it relates to pending litigation
between the Town and the NYSDEC.
Vote: All Ayes
Motion was made by TRUSTEE SMITH, and seconded by TRUSTEE
TUTHILL,
To leave Executive Session and adjourn the meeting.
