(the same personas Frank J. Zahra, co-grantee herein) by deed made by
Samuel Levine and Edna A. Brown, dated May 2, 1953, recorded May 15,
1953, liber 3515 of conveyances, page 340, in the Suffolk county clerk's office.
SUBJECT to any stated facts an accurate survey might show; covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, and zoning regulations of record, of
any, and to two certain mortgages of record to the North Fork Bank and
Trust Company, which said mortgages were consolidated of record by agree-
ment recorded in liber 4843 of mortgages, page 129, in said county clerk's
office.
