made by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land & Develop-
ment Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc., dated the 17th day of March,
1965 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 18,
1965 in Liber 5716 at page 16.
THIS conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part. This conveyance is of
premises which do not constitute all or substantially all of the
assets of the party of the first part.
SUBJECT to covenants and restrictions appearing on list attached
hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
A purchase money mortgage made by Albert C. Woodcock and Mary
Jeanne Woodcock, his wife, to Eastern Shores, Inc. in the amount
.I of $8,500.00 as part consideration for the purchase of the above-
described premises, is intended to be recorded simultaneously
herewith.
