TOGETHER with the right to use the beach as described in deed
made by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp, and J.M.S. Land & De-
velopment Corp, dated March 17, 1965 and recorded March 18, 1965
in Liber 5716 at page 16 and the right of way thereto, which .said
right of way and the right of way hereinafter mentioned are both
subject to the use of all other owners of lots on all "Eastern
Shores at Greenport" sections heretofore or hereafter filed in
the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.

hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
THIS CONVEYANCE is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part. This conveyance is of
premises which do not constitute all or substantially all of the
assets of the party of the first part.
A purchase money mortgage made by Katherine E. Whelan to H.J.S.
Land & Development Corp. in the amount of $6,500.00 as part con-
sideration for the purchase of the above described premises is
intended to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
