THORN, JR. residing,at 6 Winton Terrace, Wilton, Connecticut, and JANET ELIZABETH WAESCHE, residing at 1410 Twenty-second Street, Arlington, Virginia, being the devisees under last Will and Testament of Phoebe A. Thorn, which will was probated in Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County on May 10, 1966 under Number 564 P 1966, party of the first part,and JANET T. WAESCHE, residing at 1410 Twenty-second Street, Arlington, Virginia, and BENJAMIN C. THORN, JR., residing at 6 Winton Terrace, Wilton, Connecticut, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first park,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being imWR near Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded on the East by land now or formerly of Carl C. Young and Nathapiel A. Talmage; on the South by North Road; on the West by land now or formerly of Cyril A. Lewis, and on the North by the Long Island Sound; said parcel having a frontage along North Road of 75 feet; the above described parcel being Lot No. 16 and the easterly half of Lot No. 15 shown on an unfiled map of Sound Shore Property of Young and Talmage made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, Lr S., of Greenport, New York on April 11, 1925, amended July 14, 1944. TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part, if any, in and to North Road and Long Island Sound lying in front of and tV adjacent to the above described premises. BEING, and intended to be those premises conveyed to Phoebe A. Thorn by two deeds dated September 25, 1946 and May 12, 1947 and recorded September 25, 1946 and May 15, 1947 in Liber 2626 of Conveyances at Page 277 and Liber 2705 of Conveyances at Page 418 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
