CSD party of the first part, and GEORGE R. WILLIAMS and MARGARET B. WILLIAMS, his
wife, as to an undivided one-half interest, and LORRAINE E. WILLIAMS
r` as to the second undivided one-half interest, each undivided one
half interest to be .in- joint, tenancy with right of survivorship,
all residing at 1651 St. George Avenue, Roselle, New Jersey,
party of the second part,

or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road (CR 27)
(formerly North Road) where same is intersected by the westerly side
of premises herein described and land now or formerly of Tasker,
adjoining on the West; running thence North 15 degrees 59 minutes
10 seconds West along said land of Tasker, 100 feet more or less
to the Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said Long Island
Spund 50 feet more or less to land now or formerly of A. Levinson;
thence South 15 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds East along said land
of A. Levinson 94 feet more or less to the northerly side of
Middle Road (CR 27) ; thence South 70 degrees 36 minutes 20 seconds
West along the northerly side of Middle Road (CR 27) 50.09 feet
to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same,premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by deeds recorded 'in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office in Liber 4671 of Deeds at page 380 and in Liber 6232 of
Deeds at page 184.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

'. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or'suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
4hr. first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
qtly other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
