port, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows: northerly by land now or formerly of Stephen Macomber,
southerly by Champlin Place, easterly by land formerly of Sohn C. Champlin,
and westerly by Main Street. Said premises being 280 feet on Main Street and
163 feet in depth, be the said dimensions more or less.
