Greenport, N.Y., made by Otta W. VanTuyl, dated December 8, 1927, and
bounded on the north by lot 8 on said map, east by lot 20 on said map, south
by Washington Avenue, and west by lot 18 on said map; said lot being 50 feet
front and rear and 120 feet deep.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Edward Tamin and Edward B.
Humbler as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, by deed dated August 21,
1965, recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's office in liber 5809 of conveyances,
page 423, August 30, 1965.
