by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or
sumesmre and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being Xxtrex at Silvermere, near the Village of Greenport, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded
and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a stake set on the northerly line of a twenty (20)
foot private road one hundred forty-six and eighty-four hundredths
(146.84) feet westerly along said northerly line from its intersec-
tion with the westerly line of Silvermere Road, being the southeast-
erly corner of land formerly of Charles and Amelia Bashwimer now of
Alessi and the southwesterly corner of the premises herein described,
and,
RUNNING along said land of Bashwimer North 30 451 0011 East one
hundred sixteen and ninety-nine hundredths (116.99) feet to a stake
set on the curved southerly line of a fifty (50) foot private ragd
]mown as "Shore Drive";
THENCE easterly along said curved southerly line of "Shore Drive",
on a curve to the right, having a radius of two thousand seven hundred
eighty-two and no tenths (2782.0) feet, a distance of fifty-eight

Party of the first part by deed dated September 21, 1963, and re-

The party of the second part has simultaneously herewith executed
and delivered a purchase money mortgage in the sum of x$10,000 intended
to be recorded simultaneously herewith.
