Suffolk and State of New York and described as Lot #6 on a certain
map entitled "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport" filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 27, 1964
as Map #4021.
Subject to covenants and restrictions appearing on lists attahced
hereto and hereby made a part hereof.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business
actually conducted by the party of the first part. This conveyance
is of premises which do not constitute all or substantially all of
! the assets of the party of the first part.
THIS IS a correction deed to correct the nonattachment of
the covenants and restrictions to the deed made by Eastern Shores
Inc. to Santford E. Thornhill and Jane R. Thornhill, his wife,
! dated 2-27-65, conveying the same property as described herein, and
recorded 3-2-65 in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 5707
II at page 440. The said covenants and restrictions are attached to
this deed.
