THIS INDENTURE,made the -A day of November ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight
- BETWEEN FIRST NATIONAL BANK-OF BAY SHORE, a national banking corpora-
tion with its principal place of business at 128 West Main Street,
Bay Shore, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first ietM and WALTER TRIPP, JR, and ROSA M. TRIPP, his wife, as
tenants by the entirety with Hill right of survivorship, residing at
819 Linnet Street,et Greenport New York ork 11944,

WITNESSETH,that the panv of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second pan,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
n)f 1 or successors and assigns of the panr of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or fared of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lyingandheing2MK at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lots No. 36 and 38 on
- a certain map entitled, "Map of Greenport Driving Park, Greenport,
New York", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
Decem-ber 1, 1909 as Map No. 369 and which lots when taken together are
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
- BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the Southerly
'side of'Linnet Street with the Westerly side of Seventh Street, as
. shown on the above mentioned map; running thence South 6 degrees
53minutes 30 seconds West along the Westerly side of Seventh Street
90.12 feet to the division line between Lot No. 36 and Lot No. 34
as shown on the above mentioned map; thence North 82 degrees 45
l• minutes 30 seconds West along said last mentioned division line
100.00 feet to the division line between Lot No. 36 and Lot No. 59
as shown on the above mentioned map; thence North 6 degrees 53 minutes
30 seconds Fast along said last mentioned division line and along the
division line between Lot No. 38 and Lot No. 59 as shown on the above
mentioned map 90.10 feet to the Southerly side of Linnett Street;
thence South 82 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East along the South-
erly side of Linnett Street 100.00 feet to the point or place of be-
ginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by deed of Kenneth Slocum, Referee, dated May
3, 1968, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on May 13,
1968, in Liber 6346 of conveyances, page 329.
TOGETHER with all right,title and interest,if any,of the forty of the first part in and to any streets and
