ALL that certain lot, piece or parcel of Land, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of a 25-foot private road
known as Elsworth Circle, also known as Cove Circle, being the
following three courses 2nd distances from the point where the
westerly side of Sixth Street is intersected by the northerly side
of land now or formerly of Simpson:
1) North 82 degrees 48 minutes West 167 .58 feet;
2) South 6 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 127.50 feet;
3) North 83 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West 87 .50 feet;
and from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of said private road,
South 6 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West 140 feet;
THENCE North 83 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West 12.50 feet;
THENCE along the center line of said private road, North 6 degrees
56 minutes 50 seconds East 140 feet;
THENCE South 83 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East 12 .50 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
The above described Parcel II being subject to its use as a right
of way.
Together with a non-exclusive right of way 12 .5 feet wide along the
westerly boundary of said Parcel II .
Also together with a non-exclusive right of way 25 feet wide from
the northwesterly corner of Parcel I, northerly about 140 feet and
then easterly about 88 feet, to a 50 foot right of way; thence
continuing easterly over said 50 foot -right of way about 168 feet
to Sixth Street at a point opposite the westerly end of Clark Street.
Together with and subject to the right to use in common with Franklin
C. Ashby and Janet M. Ashby, and others , the private road sometimes
designated as "Cove Circle", and the extension of Clark Street; to-
gether with the privilege to use in common with others solely for
the purpose of recreation and subject to such reasonable rules and
regulations as Franklin C. Ashby and Janet M. Ashby, or their
successors , may impose , a parcel of beach land at the southeasterly
corner of the property of Franklin C. Ashby and Janet M. Ashby or
their successors described. hereinabove.
This deed is intended to be a Correction Decd of a deed given by
the parry of the first part to the party of the second part-, dated
April 22 , 1969 , and recorded in Liber 6538 , page 45 .
