Hall, C. E Brooklyn, New York, August 1909, and filed in the Suffolk County
Clerk's office on December let, 1909 as map No. 369.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to the
parties of the first part by Miriam Hartley by deed dated April 9th, 1948 and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on April 12th, 1948 in Liber 2814 of
deeds at page 414.
