Laying out of a certain town high- : DEDICATION AND RELEASE
way in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York.

WHEREAS, application has been duly made to the Town Superin-
tendent of Highways of the Town of Southold, in Suffolk County,
� - New York, for the laying out of a certain town highway to be known
\ as Robinson Road, to extend from the southerly line of Champlin
d
Place, a town highway, and through the lands of Robert H. Preston
and LaGrant R. Chapman.
" NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00)
Dollar, the said Robert H. Preston and LaGrant R. Chapman, both
residing in the Town aforesaid and owners of lands to be included
within the said highway, do hereby dedicate, release and convey to
the said Town of Southold, for highway purposes, the following
lands, to wit:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate,
lying and being near the incorporated Village of Greenport,
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Champlin
Place, 230.00 feet westerly along said southerly line from
Manhanset Avenue; from said point of beginning running
thence South 31 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds East 259.69
feet to a monument; thence on a curve to the right having
a radius of 41.17 feet, a distance of 53.40 feet- thence
South 42 degrees 54 minutes 10 seconds West 13.5feet;
thence South 58 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds West 256.90
feet; thence North 31 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds West
300.00 feet to said southerly line of Champlin Place;
thence along said southerly line of Champlin Place North
58 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East 50.00 feet- thence
South 31 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds East 250.60 feet-
thence North 58 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East 200.60
feet- thence North 31 degrees 24 minutes 40 seconds West
250.60 feet to said southerly line of Champlin Place;
thence along said southerly line of Champlin Place North
58 degrees 35 minutes 20 seconds East 50.00 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
The lands hereby dedicated, released and conveyed are speci-
fically shown and delineated upon the certain map which is hereto
nnexed and made a part hereof.
