THIS INDENTURE, made the 1�/ day of December, 1968, _
- between LEO SLEDJESHI and VIRGINIA SLEDJESHI, his wife, both residing
at North Road, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, parties of the first -
b part, and MELVIN SHUTER, residing at 378 Cedar Avenue, Islip, New York,
JAMES E. SELEY, residing at 15 Suellen Road, Islip, New York, SEYMOUR
,o EK FUCHS, residing at 61 West Lane, Bay Shore, New York, and MARTIN
RABIN, residing at 328 Plymouth Avenue, Brightwaters, New York, parties

- WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars paid by the
parties of the second part to the parties of the first part, receipt whereof -
is hereby acknowledged, the parties of the first part hereby grant, bargain
and sell to the parties of the second part, their heirs, executors, adminis-
trators, successors and assigns, the first option to purchase the premises -
described as follows -
ALL that certain tract, piece or parcel of Land, with the -
buildings thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the =
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: -
_ BEGINNING at a monument at the southeasterly line of
Middle Road, said point of beginning being South 50 degrees
52 minutes 10 seconds West 386.14 feet from a monument
- at the intersection of the southeasterly line of said Middle
Road with the westerly line of Queen Street. Said point of
beginning being the northwesterly corner of the premises
herein described and the northeasterly corner of premises
now or formerly of Francisco; from said point of beginning _
running thence along said southeasterly line of Middle Road
North 50 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds East 180.0 feet;
running thence along land conveyed or about to be conveyed by
the parties of the first part herein to the parties of the second
part herein two courses, as follows:
(1) South II degrees 17 minutes 10 seconds East 295,20 -
_ feet; thence
(2) South 50 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds_',e$t 186.36 -_
feet to said land now or formerly of Francisco; thence along

southwesterly line of Middle Road and the point or place
of beginning, '
UPON THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
(1) If the parties of the first part shall have an opportunity to make
a bona fide sale of the above described premises, during the term of this
agreement, the parties of the first part shall give the parties of the second
part ten (10) days written notice by registered mail of such proposed sale
and the terms thereof. The parties of the second part shall have the first
option to purchase the said premises within the above mentioned ten (30)
dayperiodat the same price and on the same terms as any such proposal.
(2) This option shall be exemisedbythe parties of the second part
by written notice subscribed by the parties of the second part, sent by
registered mail, within the time set herein for the exercise of this option,
to the address of the parties of the first part set forth in the notice sent by
the parties of the first part to the parties of the second part.
(3) This option and all rights and privileges hereunder shalt expire
on the J3+day of December, 1978, at 5 otclock P.M. on said day.
IN WI'T'NESS WHEREOF, the parties of the first part have executed
this indenture the day and year first above written.
