of the clerk of Suffolk County, and described on said Map as Lot Number Thirty-
nine (39) and bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land now or£omerly of Horton fifty (50) feet, easterly by
Lot No. 38 as shown on said Map 152.16 feet, southerly by Wilmarth Avenue fifty
(50) feet, and westerly by Lot No. 40 as shown on said Map 152.34 feet.

All that certain lot situate near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, as shown on Map of Washington Heights made by
Otto W. Van Tuyl dated on or about December 8th, 1927 and now on file in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County and described on said Map as Lot Number Forty (40)
and bounded and described as follows:
Northerly by land formerly of Horton fifty-three and sixty-six one-hundredths
53.66)feet, easterly by Lot No. 39 on said Map one hundred fifty-two and thirty-four
one hundredths (152.34) feet, southerly by Wilmarth Avenue forty-nine and twenty-
nine one-hundredths (49.29) feet, and westerly by land now or formerly of Tasker
one hundred-fifty-two and fifty-nine one-hundredths (152.59) feet.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Clarence W. Powell and another by deed dated January 27,1961
