Imo. THIS INDENTURE.made the 29th day of November ,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven.
BETWEEN HOWARD SCOTT, residing at Dark Hollow Road, Warwick Township,
rl Rushland, Pennsylvania,
LL m party of the first part,and MARVIN SHAPIRO, residing at 41 Essex Court, Port
Washington, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
AL1.that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, which
is bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road at the southwesterly
corner of premises to be described and the southeasterly corner of land of Monroe
hurt; from said point of beginning; running thence North 15 degrees 04 minutes
West along land of Monroe Burt, 118.04 feet to land shown on the map of Eastern
Shores; thence along said land the following two courses and distances:
(1) North 75 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East 120.21 feet;
(2) South 15 degrees 26 minutes East 115.73 feet to the northerly side of Middle
Road; thence westerly along the northerly side of Middle Road along are of a
curve bearing to left having a radius of 3852.72 a distance of 120.96 feet to the
point or place of beginning.
