THIS INDENTURE,made the 12th dayof July ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight
BETWEEN AGNES B. YOUNGDARL, residing at 46-54 Persons Boulevard,
Flushing, N.Y.,
party of the first past,and JOSEPH R. SHAUGHNESSY, residing at 116 East 63rd
Street, New York, N.Y.,
party of the second part,

ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being imdm at Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of North Road as widened,
which point is marked by a surveyor's stone or concrete monument and
which point is located 161 and'34/100 feet easterly from the point of
intersection of the westerly boundary of land conveyed to Anthony
Demmerle, by Mary L. Reach by deed dated June 11th, 1915 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office op June 15, 1915 in Liber 908
of Deeds at Page 139 and the northerly line of North Road as widened;
running thence easterly along the northerly side of North Road, 70
and 15/100 feet to a surveyor's stone or cement monument; running
thence North 31 degrees 45 minutes West 275 and 98/100 feet to Long
Island Sound; running thence westerly 70 and 07/100 feet along Long
Island Sound to a line drawn North 31 degrees 45 minutes West from
the point of beginning; and running thence South 31 degrees 45 minutes
East 268 and 28//100 feet to the point or place of beginning, the last
mentioned course being parallel to the second course hereof and also
parallel to the westerly boundary line of the entire plot so conveyed
to Anthony Demmerle, by Mary L. Rasch as aforesaid.

village in which the premises lie.
