DEDICATION AND RELEASE OF LANDS FOR TOWN HIGHWAYS

In the Matter of the Laying
Out of Certain Town Highways in
the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York,

WHEREAS, application has been duly made to the Town
Superintendent of Highway. of the Town of Southold, in Suffolk
County, New York, for the laying out of certain town highways
to extend from the point of intersection of the westerly line
Of McCann-Lane with the southerly line of Sutton Place, in a -
westerly direction and also extending in a northerly, then
easterly, then southerly directions, all as shown on a certain
map attached hereto which is hereby made a part hereof, show-
ing the courses of said proposed highways;
NOW, THEREFORE, Eastern Shores, Inc„ a corporation
organized under and existing by virtue of the Business Corpora-
tion Law of the State of New York, having its principal office
at Middle Road, Greenport, New York, the owner of the lands to
be included within the said Town of Southold for highway pur-
to poses, does hereby dedicate, release and convey/tthe lands asuthold
described as follows:

ALL those certain roads located at Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, as shown
on a certain map entitled "Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport"
filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as Map #4021, which
said roads are more particularly bounded and described as fol-
lows:
PARCEL I BEGINNING at a point marking the intersection of the wes-
terly line of McCann Lane with the northerly line of Sutton
Place as shown on said map, which point is distant 640.47 feet
along the said westerly line of McCann Lane from the intersec-
tion of the said westerly line of McCann Lane with the northerly
line of Middle Road;
running thence S. 150 55' 50" E. 50 feet;
running thence S. 74° 04' 10" W. 160 feet to land of Burt;
running thence along said land N. 150 55' 50" W. 50 feet;
running thence N. 740 04' 10" E. 160 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
PARCEL II BEGINNING at the same paint of beginning as described in
Parcel I above, and running thence the following courses and
distances, constituting the roads as shown on the said map;
N. 150 55' 50" W. 1000 feet;
running thence N. 180 06' 20" W. 370.26 feet;
running thence S. 740 04' 10" W. 145.96 feet to land of Burt;
running thence along said land N. 140 44' 50" W. 50.01 feet;
running thence N. 740 04' 10" E. 200 feet;
running thence N. 850 35' 10" E. 301.68 feet;
running thence S. 250 28' 10" E. 117.73 feet;
running thence along the arc of a curve to the left having
a radius of 75 feet, 76.98 feet; 133.07 feet

running thence S. 840 16' 50" E./to and of Davison;
running thence along said land S. 250 28' 10" E. 77.15 feet;
running thence N. 84° 16' 50" W. 130.98 feet;
running thence along the arc of a curve to the left having
a radius of 25 feet, 52.88 feet;
running thence S. 250 28' 10" E. 1117.34 feet;
running thence along the northerly side of Sutton Place,
S. 860 01' 30" W. 95.27 feet;
running thence easterly and then northerly along the arc of
a curve to the left having a radius of 21.15 feet, 36.74 feet;
running thence N. 250 28' 10" W. 1218.43 feet;
running thence along the arc of a curve to the left having
a radius of 135 feet, 162.45 feet;
running thence S. 850 35' 10" W. 169.62 feet;
running thence S. 180 06' 20" E. 369.30 feet;
running thence S. 150 55' 50" E. 1000.96 feet;
running thence S. 740 04' 10" W. 50 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.

AND the said corporation by its President, Joseph
M. Schneider, certifies that the consideration paid to the
undersigned for this dedication and conveyance is the follow-
ing, to wit:
To Eastern Shores, Inc., a corporation organized
under and existing by virtue of the Business Corporation Law
of the State of New York, having its principal office at
Middle Road, Greenport, New York, the sum of One Dollar,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
IN-WITNESS WHEREOF, Eastern Shores, Inc. has caused
these presents to be executed and sealed by its President this

came.Joseph M. Schneider, to me known, who, being by me duly
sworn, did depose and say that he resides at (no number)
Middle Road, Greenport, New York, that he is the President
of Eastern Shores, Inc., the corporation described in and
which executed the foregoing instrument; that he knows the
seal of said corporation; that the seal affixed to said in-
strument is such corporate seal; that it was so affixed by
order of the board of directors of said corporation, and
that he signed his name thereto by like order.
