to a point; running thence in a general westerly direction, and on a line
parallel with the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue, 100 feet to a point;
running thence in a general northerly direction and on a line parallel with
the westerly line of Inlet Lane, 150 feet to a point on the southerly line of
Manhanset Avenue; running thence in a general easterly direction, along the
southerly line of Manhanset Avenue, a distance of 100 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be part of the premises conveyed by Inez Fordham
to Augustus A. Straussner by two deeds, one recorded in liber 2973 of
conveyances, page 273, in the Suffolk county clerk's office (part of Parcel I
therein), and one recorded in liber 3456 of conveyances, page 386, in said
county clerk's office.
