TOGETHER with a right of way over said 49.51 private road from
the northeasterly corner of the _Premises southerly about 257 feet to
Manhanset Avenue for ingress and egress.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to
the party of the first Part by Austin L. Davison by deed dated 11/9/55,
`recorded 12/27/55 in Liber 4044 ep 564, as corrected by deed from
Austin L. Davison dated 6/28/56, recorded 7/2/56 in Liber 4136 cp 502.
The parties of the second part shall have the right to erect and
