paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and vs.onto the party of the second part.We heir,
or surnecsont and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain phot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvemmb thermG erected,sitate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road at the southwesterly
corner of the premises to be described and the southeasterly corner of land
of Monroe Burt; from said point of beginning running thence north 15a04' west,
along said land of Monroe Burt, 118.04 feet to land shown on the map of
Eastern Shores;thence along said land the following two courses and distances:
1) north 75020140" east, 120.21 feet; (2) south 15"26' east, 115.73 feet to the
northerly side of Middle Road; thence westerly, along the northerly side of
Middle Road, along the arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of
3852.72 feet, a distance of 120.96 feet to the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed made by Howard Scott, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reserve tions, and zoning regulations
\ of record, if any.
