Straussner and Jeanette Sorensen Straussner, Formerly $ known as Jeanette Sorensen, both residing at Greenport, New York, party of the first part,and Augustus A. Straussner and Jeanette S. Straussner, his wife, both residing at Greenport, New York, i ` party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the Second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or suecasora End assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,Situate, lying and beingstR:Ob near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Sound Avenue, where the same is intersected by the southerly line of land now or formerly of King; running thence in a general easterly direction, along the said southerly line of land now or. formerly of King, a distance of 140.91 feet to land now or formerly of Green- port Basin & Construction Company; running thence in a general southerly direction, along land last mentioned, a distance of 150.4 feet, more or less, to a point distant 235 feet from the intersection of the northerly line of land now or formerly of Richards with the westerly line of land now or formerly of Greenport'Basin &Construction Company; running thence in a general west- erly direction and parallel to the southerly line of said land now or formerly of King, a distance of 141 feet, more or less, to the easterly line of Sound Avenue; running thence in a general northerly direction, along the easterly line of Sound Avenue, a distance of 150.4 feet to the point or place of beginning. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Augustus A. Straussner to Augustus A. Straussner and Jeanette Sorensen (now known as Jeanette S. Straussner)by deed dated July 10th, 1946, recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's office in lib4r 2595 of conveyances, page 105, on July 16th, 1946.
