Box 994, and ROBERT H. SCHROEDER, residing at Southold, New York,
Route 25, Box 282, (sons of Marion Schroeder),
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other,valuable consideration
�cc, paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the sacond part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

in shape.
By this conveyance, the party of the first part does hereby
grant and release to the parties of the second part, all her right,
title and interest in and unto the above-described real property, to
which she was entitled, pursuant to Last Will and Testament of George
W. Schroeder, her husband, who died testate July 5, 1963 (file number
866P/63 Suffolk County, New,York).
In addition to the aforementioned interest, the party of the
first part does hereby grant and release to the party of the second
part, all bar right, title and interest in and unto the share deeded
to her by George W. Schroeder Jr., by deed dated December 14th, 1965,
III` executed and delivered prior to the execution of this conveyance.
