WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,In consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

situate at Arshamomaque, Town of Southold, Suffolk County and State
of New York, dated May 12, 1933, Otto W. Van Tuyl; Greenport; New
York, Professional Engineer and Land Surveyor", as Lots k of 88 and
89 and 90, extending 163.89 feet on Bayshore Road and being irregular
in shape.
By this conveyance, the party of the first part does hereby
grant and release to the parties of the second part, all his right,
title and interest in and unto the above-described real property, to
which he was.entitled, pursuant to Last Will and Testament of George
W. Schroeder, his father, who died testate July 5, 1963 (file number
866P/63 Suffolk County, New York).
The interest of Marion Schroeder shall be one-third share, and
the remaining two-thirds interest shall be divided equally between
Theodore Schroeder and Robert H. Schroeder.
