lying and beingiodox near the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated
as Lot No. 82 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Eastern Shores
at Greenport, Section 2" and filed in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on August 10, 1965 as Map No. 4426.
f n TOGETHER with the use of the beach area as described in deed
to by H.J.S. Land & Development Corp. and J.M.S. Land & Devel-
opment Corp. to Eastern Shores, Inc. dated March 17, 1965 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on March 18, 1965
' in Liber 5716 at page 16 and together with access thereto from
the premises herein described over Sound Drive. Together with
a right of way of ingress and egress to Middle Road over the
•+ roads shown on the Map of Eastern Shores at Greenport, Section 2.
