lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, known and designated as Lot No. 6, as shown on a certain map
entitled "Map of Southold Shores at Arshomomaclue, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York" made by Otto W. Van Tuyl and Son, Li-
censed Land Surveyors, Greenport, N. Y., dated July 1, 1963 and
filed in the office of the, Clerk of the County of Suffolk 8/29/63
as Map No. 3853.
TOGETHER with the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties
of the first part of, in and to the land under waters of Peconic Bay
adjoining said premises on the South.
TOGETHER with the right to use, in common with others, Lot No. 52,
as shown on the filed map, for the purpose of bathing and beach
activity and the right to use the boat basin in common with the
. owners of lots 1 - 13, inc., 19-24, inc, and 45-50 inc. for the pur-
pose of mooring and anchorage of pleasure boats therein. The party
of the first part makes no representation that they will develop the
boat basin or moorings beyond their present state.
SUBJECT to such state of facts an accurate survey rosy show.
SUBJECT to covenants, easements, agreements and restrictions affecting
said premises, and together with the benefits contained in certain
Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions, recorded in Liber 5421 at
Page 444 of Deeds, in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over the streets shown
on said filed map to the nearest public road.
SUBJECT to a purchase money mortgage in the amount of $9,250.00.
