party of the first part,and ROBERT G. STAPLES and MARY B. STAPLES, his wife,
both residing at Greenport, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and being kKkmx at Greenport, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
and known and designated as lots no. 33 and 34 and the easterly half of lot no.
35 on a certain map entitled "Map of Washington Heights, situate at Greenport,
New York" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 29th, 1927
as map#651.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Stuart D. Staples by deed dated 1/24/51 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on 1/25/51 in Liber 3178 of deeds at page 157, and
also the premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Samuel Levine
by deed dated 11/5/53 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
4/26/55 in Liber 3875 of deeds at page 80.
