Staples by deed dated 1/24/51 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on 1/25/51 in Liber 3178 of deeds at page 157, and also the premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by Samuel Levine by deed dated 11/5/53 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on 4/26/55 in Liber 3875 of deeds at page 80.
