WITNESSETH,that the parry of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby,grant and release unto the party of the second pan,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thercon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, near the Village of Greenport, County
of Suffolk, State of New Yorks bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING ata point on the northerly side of North Road or Old Kings
Highway, so called, adjoining the easterly line of land belonging to
Emilie Conklin and others; running thence easterly along the northerly
side of said North Road or Old Kings Highway to land formerly occupied
by Amanda I. Verity; thence Wrtherly by land last mentioned to the
northwestecorner of said plot formerly occupied by Amanda I. Verity and
now owned by Helen N. Bartlett and Effie E. Thompson; thence easterly
along land last mentioned to land belonging to the estate of William H.
H. Moore, deceased; thence northerly by lend belonging to said estate
to other land belonging to said estate of said William H.H. Moore, de-
ceased; thencewesterlLy by land last mentioned to the easterly line of
land belonging to Emilie Conklin and others and thence southerly along
theeasterlyline of last mentioned land to the point or place of.
