DMZ, residing on Wilmarth Avenue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, party of the first pan,and HALSEY A. STAPLES, residing at Main Street, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of New York, I party of the second part, O ^^ WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of dollars, _1� lawful money of[he Uvitcd States, paid II Y. by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or Hd r a a h b� successors and assigns of the any of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly line of a proposed 50 foot highway to be known as "Middleton Road", 189.12 feet southerly along said easterly line and its extension northerly from the extension westerly of the southerly line of Washington Avenue, said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land of Roger Waterhouse; from said point of beginning running along said land of Waterhouse, N. 730 58' 10" E. - 115.66 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land of the party of the first part, two courses: (1)S. 160 01' 50" E. - 110.0 feet; thence (2)S. 730 58' 10" W. - 115.66 feet to said easterly line of said proposed 50 foot highway; thence along said easterly line, N. 160 01' 50" W. - 110.0 feet to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with a right of way over said proposed 50 foot highway from the southwesterly corner of the premises northerly about 300 feet to Washington Avenue. Before any structures are erected, the plans and specifications shall be approved by party of the first part.
